Pat and Bill

For twenty-six years, Bill Curtis and Pat Emmons practiced architecture. Bill Curtis passed away in 2008, but the firm's work continues.

Pat accepts only the number and kind of commissions that she can handle herself. She commits her time to the personalized attention and client satisfaction that a  small practice affords. She believes this is the best way to be a great residential architect.

Pat has a bachelor's degree in fine arts and English, and master's degrees in architecture and English. She has taught architecture courses in Seattle and abroad. Licensed to practice architecture in 1983, Pat is also a painter, and her abstract landscapes are in collections in the United States and Europe.
